Knowledge exchange between RI.Logistica Members!
Alexander Fiege from GSI/FAIR visited ESS Logistics department to see the work hands on!
Everything from inbound deliveries, goods receipt, site transport, loading/unloading and the processes behind transport- and slot time booking, disposal policy, gas handling through consignment stock and much more was on the agenda.
🏆The goal was to learn from each other: what software supports the processes, are the routines optimal, correct equipment used – simply challenging the setup to find the best practical solutions!
